Anger Management
If you’re looking for court-ordered services, please go back and select Court-Ordered Anger Management.
Anger management for individuals is a supportive, skills-based service that helps you understand what’s driving your anger and learn healthier ways to respond. Anger is often a secondary emotion tied to stress, fear, pain, overwhelm, or feeling unheard. Our goal is not to “get rid of anger,” but to help you regulate it, communicate effectively, and stop anger from damaging your relationships, work, or sense of peace.
