Laveta is the Owner of Alpha, a faith-based center committed to restoring hope, strengthening families, and guiding individuals toward lasting transformation. Her vision is rooted in biblical truth, compassion, and a deep belief that healing begins when people are met with both grace and accountability. With a heart for service and a calling to leadership, Laveta created Alpha to be a place where faith and practical support work hand in hand. She is passionate about equipping individuals with the tools, encouragement, and spiritual foundation needed to overcome life’s challenges and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Under her leadership, Alpha exists to provide a safe, Christ-centered environment where growth, restoration, and renewed identity can flourish.
Tristin Dean, Certified Life Coach
At just 22 years old, Tristin Dean brings a remarkable depth of wisdom, compassion, and maturity beyond her years. With a caring spirit and a genuine heart for helping others, she has been actively volunteering and working in the helping professions since the age of 13. A Certified Life Coach, Tristin combines her excellent skill set with a strong Christian faith, offering both traditional and faith-based coaching to guide clients toward healing, growth, and purpose. Her approach is compassionate, insightful, and rooted in hope — helping each individual discover their God-given potential and live a more fulfilling life. The Alpha Center is proud to welcome Tristin as one of its newest and most valuable team members. She is now accepting new clients and is dedicated to walking alongside others on their journey toward wholeness and purpose.
Enola Rockne, Office Manager
Enola serves as the Office Manager at The Alpha Center and is often the first warm welcome clients experience. With a genuine heart for people, she finds deep fulfillment in helping individuals connect with the support and clarity they are seeking. She believes that healing doesn’t just happen in sessions—it begins with kindness, compassion, and the steady presence of someone who cares. Enola considers it a privilege to meet new clients as they begin or continue their personal journey. Watching people grow into confidence and wholeness is something she describes as both beautiful and deeply meaningful. Whether guiding someone through their first call or quietly supporting behind the scenes, Enola helps create an environment where every person feels seen, valued, and safe.
Misty Earles, Director of Operations
Misty serves as the Executive Director of Operations at The Alpha Center, where she works primarily behind the scenes to ensure excellence, structure, and long-term sustainability. As the former owner and founder of Alpha, the mission of this center remains deeply personal to her. With a background in counseling, business leadership, and systems development, Misty brings both heart and strategy to the organization. She is passionate about creating strong foundations—financially, structurally, and operationally—so that the clinical and ministry work of Alpha can thrive without distraction. Though her role is largely unseen, her commitment is unwavering. Misty believes that when leadership operates with integrity, clarity, and faith, it creates space for true healing to happen. Alpha is not just a workplace for her—it is part of her legacy and calling.
